Café Des Arcades is a Valbonne institution. The restaurant is the heart of the town, seemingly never closed, and never empty. I have enjoyed a meal or drink on their patio during every season. Now that we live in the area, we can’t go there without finding friends to enjoy a meal and a chat with. The staff and hard-working and friendly (in that French sort of way). It barely needs a review because if you go to Valbonne, you will most likely eat there.

Unlike most French restaurants, it stays open all afternoon, with daily lunch specials and typical French cuisine. After 2:30 you can enjoy most cold food offerings on their menu and pizza.
