Welcome to France Escape – a snapshot of one year in paradise!
After 18 years in Ad Tech, Tim and I needed a break – and what better place to take that break than France. Moving abroad for a year is not for the faint of heart – we had to navigate countless problems before we got on the plane – each one feeling like they could be a deal breaker. Our last day in Toronto was the proverbial cap on months and months of planning. It started with a 4 hour drive to Kingston to move our eldest daughter into her first year of residence at Queen’s University, and ended with us boarding the plane in Toronto with our youngest two kids (and their cantankerous cat) in tow – ready to embark on a new adventure.
